Installation and Startup

Q1: What should I do if prompted "Administrator privileges required" during installation?

  • Right-click the installation package file

  • Select "Run as administrator"

Q2: What should I do if antivirus software blocks installation?

  • Temporarily disable the antivirus software's real-time protection

  • Add the VMOS Magic Box installation package to the antivirus software's whitelist

  • Run the installer again

Q3: Which operating systems are supported?

  • Windows: Windows 10 (1809+) / Windows 11

  • macOS: macOS 10.15+ (on the planning)

  • Linux: Ubuntu 18.04+ / CentOS 7+ (on the planning)

Q4: Installation failed, prompted insufficient disk space?

  • Check the available space on the target disk, ensure at least 50GB

  • Clean up disk space, delete unnecessary files

  • Select another disk for installation

Q5: Program starts slowly or freezes?

  • First startup requires initialization configuration, please wait patiently

  • Check system resource usage, close unnecessary programs

  • Restart the program or restart the computer
