How to solve payment issue: Have multiple unpaid orders?

Go Wallet-> Cancel the Unpaid Orders

• If prompt an error "Multiple unpaid orders" during the purchase, please Go and Login the Online or PC version, and then Cancel the previous unpaid orders under the Wallet tab.
