Installation and Startup
Q1: What should I do if prompted "Administrator privileges required" during installation?
Solution:
- Right-click the installation package file
- Select "Run as administrator"
Q2: What should I do if antivirus software blocks installation?
Solution:
- Temporarily disable the antivirus software's real-time protection
- Add the VMOS Edge installation package to the antivirus software's whitelist
- Run the installer again
Q3: Which operating systems are supported?
Solution:
- Windows: Windows 10 (1809+) / Windows 11
- macOS: macOS 10.15+ (if supported)
- Linux: Ubuntu 18.04+ / CentOS 7+ (if supported)
Q4: Installation failed, prompted insufficient disk space?
Solution:
- Check the available space on the target disk, ensure at least 50GB
- Clean up disk space, delete unnecessary files
- Select another disk for installation
Q5: Program starts slowly or freezes?
Solution:
- First startup requires initialization configuration, please wait patiently
- Check system resource usage, close unnecessary programs
- Restart the program or restart the computer
