1. Agreement Overview

This VMOS Cloud Authorized Proxy Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) applies to all users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) utilizing the authorized proxy IP services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by the VMOS Cloud platform. Before using the Service, please read this Agreement carefully to ensure full understanding and acceptance of all terms.

2. Service Content

The authorized proxy IP service provided by the platform allows Users to authorize purchased or self-added proxy IPs to be used by other VMOS Cloud accounts via the VMOS Cloud platform. Users may choose from various types of proxy IPs, including but not limited to HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5. The authorized party is not allowed to renew or extend the authorized proxy subscription.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Users must use the authorized proxy IP service in a lawful manner. It is strictly prohibited to use the Service for any illegal or policy-violating activities, including but not limited to:

  • Accessing or distributing illegal or harmful content

  • Engaging in unauthorized network attacks, hacking, or activities that compromise cybersecurity

  • Sending spam or conducting malicious web scraping

  • Any other acts that violate applicable laws or regulations

3.2 Users shall bear full responsibility and risk for any consequences arising from their use of the Service. The platform shall not be held liable for the User's actions.

4. Platform Responsibilities

4.1 The platform only provides the technical services of authorized proxy IPs and does not participate in the User’s actual usage activities.

4.2 The platform does not guarantee the long-term stability of all proxy IPs. Certain IPs may become unavailable due to technical issues, policy changes, or other force majeure factors.

4.3 The platform reserves the right to adjust service contents as necessary, including but not limited to replacing proxy IPs and restricting high-risk usage scenarios.

5. Disclaimer

5.1 The platform shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss caused by the User’s use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, business loss, or legal liabilities.

5.2 The platform does not guarantee the outcome, content accessed, or data security resulting from the use of proxy IPs.

6. Breach Handling

6.1 If a User violates the terms of this Agreement, the platform reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the Service without refund.

6.2 The platform reserves the right to report any illegal or non-compliant behavior to the relevant authorities.

7. Agreement Modifications

The platform may revise this Agreement as necessary to reflect business needs. Any updates will be posted on the official website or via User notification channels. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by applicable laws and regulations. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction in the platform’s location.
